I wondered that too Brett. Can't be where Jumbies was cos that's going to be Paulo C's. Cool Runnings has closed - could be there or maybe on the corner now that Coast has closed? Good that there are more places opening up though

I think cool castaways is ging to re-open, but non one is 100% sure. Hope so, am very fond of Frankie and his family, and it is my favourite bar in the gap to just sit and chill out.

I wonder where it is too? The address says 3rd Ave,New Clarence House SL - but that means nothing to me !!

There was work going on at Coast when we were there - so that should definitely be opening as something !

It says they will have bands eg Strategy on so must be quite a fair size ?

As a very wild card and also cos I am curious - has anyone heard what will happen to Restaurant at Southseas?

Maybe Frank can tell us any known landmarks it is near, or anybody in fact !

The place is above Dover market which is across from Scotty's & Salt ash.

So its the old Jungles ? There will be more bars at the bottom than the top of the Gap soon !

there is also The Green Snapper Too.. it's the little sister to the Green Snapper which is located at the Worthing Court hotel. They will mainly do lunchtime to early evening sandwiches and light items for right now. it's situation in a hotel restaurant bar area in the middle of the Gap, but not sure which one.. will double check with the owner.

We loved Green Snapper last Feb and I am so glad to hear they are doing well enough to expand. Folks if you want a great meal with fresh ingredients at a reasonable price...try it out. I am sure the new place will be just as appetizing

Could the "sister" Green Snapper be in the South Gap Hotel (opposite the Ship)? I had read that the restaurant had shut there.
