Hmm just wonder if this won't turn into another of those empty unfinished projects even if it does go ahead. There are quite a few properties for sale on RWM and have been for ages, doesn't seem like people are exactly biting people's hands off at the higher end of the property market.

I agree Em, we noticed how many projects seems to have come to a stand still.
There are so many properties for sale on RW and Sugar Hill makes you wonder who is going to buy the new ones - if it ever happens.

I am constantly bombarded with emails offering me virtually half price properties at both Westmoreland and Sugar Hill. Why would anyone be stupid enough to build more :shock:
