I have been trying to view Mullins Beach but the web cam kept on coming up blank. I then went to the Royal Westmorland site and tried through there. I had to register to get the web cam feed. I guess they want to see who is using their service. I did register but then I wonder how long I will continue to get the feed. It was nice to go through their site and fantasize on renting or owning there.

Mikey I have a link that I have on my desktop as I enjoy checking the webcam out and I just clicked it, although it is dark lol! it is still up and it didn't ask me to register and I never have in the past. Hope the link below workd for you!

http://royalwestmoreland-barbados.remot ... 95312/live

By the way renting there can be pretty affordable, as is Sugar Hill just accross from there, check out holiday rentals and owners direct to see properties on both sites for rentals. I can vouch for a property we like at Sugar Hill and I know Emelda often rents at Westmoreland and I'm sure she would point you in the right direction if you were interested.

I can't use the normal link anymore and now they want an email address to register for viewing privileges. :-(

I found, if you register using whatever name you wish (D Duck worked for me :D ). then when viewing the webcam save to favourites and delete the old link it will let you watch in future without having to register again.

We are staying on Cassia st in Westmoreland in Aug. Cheap too! Actually much cheaper than the house we are staying in the Riviera Maya. Plus at Westmoreland there is so many more facilities and it's a much nicer house. It seems to me the owners are just looking to cover their main't fees while in Mexico it's an investment property with owners looking for a profit. my 2cents. I'm paying $245CDN for the Westmoreland, in Mexico it's listed at $385/night but they had a summer special last year and I asked if they would apply the special to next year, which they did. Considering the property seems to be sitting empty most of the time I'm sure they were happy to get anything. It worked out to $285/night.

I was using http://www.royalwestmoreland.com/webcam/ now all I get is a blank page. When I use Em’s link I see a message that says
“Sorry, this website is not authorised to display this Streamdays webcam.”

When I used the menu on the left side of the RWM website I clicked on live feed and that took me to http://www.royalwestmoreland.com/live-feed/
but had to sign-up for it. Made-up an email address and used a fake name and that took me back to http://www.royalwestmoreland.com/web-cam/ and I can now see the live feed again.
Strange.

I think they know they have a dodgy one with you Suew   they are trying to ban you   Wonder if it is to do with country you are viewing from? Maybe they are trying to glean Canadian info to bombard you with marketing

Sounds nice Mikey, will be interested to hear all about it after your trip 8)
